Own full-cycle recruiting end to end as a senior individual contributor, setting the hiring standard and partnering with leaders across GTM, R&D, G&A, and Support. Build proactive sourcing strategies for passive talent, bring an opinionated view of AI-powered recruiting tools, structure interview panels, and manage recruiting operations. This role supports global hiring (US, EMEA, APAC) with a hybrid schedule in the SF headquarters and has a path to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels.
•Recruit globally across the US and internationally (EMEA and APAC) while navigating regional sourcing and process differences.
•Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies to engage passive talent via LinkedIn, VC talent networks, and referrals.
•Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like, structure interview panels, and keep the candidate pipeline moving.
•Structure and negotiate offers with hiring managers and Finance and own recruiting operations end to end.
