Key Responsibilities

  • •Own renewals and expansion for an assigned SMB and mid-market book (accounts 6+ months past their first renewal).
  • •Proactively surface expansion opportunities such as additional seats, new use cases, and upsell for accounts beyond initial land.
  • •Run your own forecast across the book with quota split 70% growth (NDR) and 30% retention (GDR).
  • •Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Engineering to conduct technical conversations with existing customers.
  • •Help define the AM playbook and territory model and coordinate AE→AM handoffs for accounts moving into your book.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years owning a book of business in SaaS with a commercial/quota component (account management, renewals, or customer success).
