•Provide strategic direction to Growth, Operations, and Engineering, partnering with executives on building out the finance function.
•Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling, ensuring decisions align with growth and sustainability.
•Drive financial analytics and reporting by analyzing cost of labor, COGS, and other key financial drivers and preparing board/investor materials.
•Run payroll end-to-end (contractor and FTE payments) using Deel, and manage/improve AP/AR processes across a combined B2C/B2B environment.
