Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack applications, owning features end-to-end (system design, implementation, testing, observability, and lifecycle support).
  • •Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews.
  • •Develop custom AI agents for task automation, decision support/summarization, and multi-step tool-driven execution.
  • •Integrate applications using Model Context Protocol (MCP) for structured context sharing, tool/capability exposure, and interoperability across AI components.
  • •Harden AI-enabled systems for 24x7 mission-critical manufacturing with reliability, latency/performance, security/permissions/data boundaries, and monitoring/evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, code quality, and testing practices.
  • •Experience building and delivering production software through professional roles, internships, or substantial project work.
  • •Familiarity with backend or full-stack development, including API development and data persistence.
  • •Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, deployment workflows, and operational considerations.
  • •At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus fluent English communication.
