Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly demand review and relevant S&OP sections, aligning stakeholders on the plan and escalating key risks and opportunities.
  • •Develop monthly style/color/size-level unit and revenue forecasts, including pre-season and core carryover plans.
  • •Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, inventory projections, and launch performance, and recommend timely corrective actions.
  • •Develop category-level inventory strategies aligned to Open-to-Buy budgets, financial targets, and channel priorities.
  • •Execute weekly store allocations across demand, stock availability, store capacity, and business priorities; manage excess/in-stock risks and support inventory optimization actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, retail planning, inventory planning, or allocation.
  • •Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, Open-to-Buy planning, replenishment, and retail allocation principles.
  • •Advanced quantitative and analytical skills to work with large data sets and turn analysis into actions.
  • •Strong Excel skills; SAP is highly preferred and retail allocation tools such as APTOS are an advantage.
