Lead execution of special situations investment banking transactions, including distressed M&A and creditor-/debtor-side restructurings, while working closely with clients and counterparties. Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information, conduct due diligence, and produce confidential materials and marketing pitches. Value companies, support group marketing and business development, and supervise junior professionals under Managing Director oversight.
