Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Embedded team within Production Engineering, weighted toward senior technical talent, and guide technical direction.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders and teams outside your reporting line to challenge assumptions and shape important technical decisions.
  • •Help decide which production engineering problems the team tackles and how engagements should operate.
  • •Create an environment for experienced engineers to do their best work through direction-setting, psychological safety, and direct coaching.
  • •Develop scalable engagement and reuse engineering standards by turning lessons into practices, patterns, and capabilities.
