Team Manager | Streaming Services Program | Canada

Lead a team of Consultants in a streaming services program, driving performance against KPI targets and improving bottom-line results. Manage attrition and shrinkage while coaching and mentoring team members through feedback and performance management. Serve as a communication link to leadership by sharing customer/end-user trends and providing input to Ops Managers, and help drive organizational initiatives as needed.
