Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of the grocery category sourcing strategy to improve cost, quality, reliability, and customer offering.
  • •Use large internal datasets and industry benchmarks to report progress, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Support vendor negotiations and selection, and lead vendor onboarding/offboarding as needed.
  • •Lead projects for innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and supplier agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and develop new products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5 years of related experience in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or consulting.
  • •Strong analytical and data skills, including the ability to work independently with insights and conclusions.
  • •Strong Excel skills.
  • •Ability to communicate persuasively with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; bonus: strategic sourcing or buying experience and vendor negotiation experience.
