Job Summary

Founding Demand Planner responsible for end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods inventory in a fast-paced hardware startup. Drives weekly/monthly/quarterly plans, monitors inventory and production performance, mitigates supply risks, and partners with Manufacturing and Global Supply Management to translate forecasts into executable build plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own demand-supply forecasting and finished goods inventory.
•Generate and execute weekly and quarterly demand-supply plans that meet S&OP objectives; evaluate risks and implement contingency plans.
•Build and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand and supply plans.
•Monitor planned vs. actual builds, inventory levels across multiple SKU’s, and consumption rates; adjust plans as needed.
•Partner with Manufacturing OPM and Global Supply Management to translate forecasts into executable build plans.
