Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director of Premium Sales and Service in generating sales and administering premium experiences programs for assigned venue(s).
  • •Prepare, issue, and verify return of premium seat contracts; oversee and maintain accounts receivable.
  • •Assist in maintaining client relationships and serve as a liaison with internal departments (Box Office, Finance, Marketing).
  • •Manage client tickets using Archtics and maintain a client email database with regular updates via Marketing Cloud.
  • •Coordinate on-site premium experiences and client services for concert events; interface with VIP Club staff to support event-day operations and conduct cold calls/prospecting for new clients.
