Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, supervise, schedule, and motivate the hotel maintenance team to ensure corrective and preventive maintenance is completed.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the building engineering asset, including Fire, Life and Safety systems.
  • •Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed, conduct regular building inspections, and implement corrective and preventive maintenance in guestrooms and guest corridors.
  • •Maintain fire-life-safety equipment, ensure the first response team understands procedures/equipment/alarms, and oversee compliance of M&E agreements under ADOE supervision.
  • •Prepare and submit reports and administrative deliverables (including daily repair/maintenance status and monthly heat/light/power consumption), and develop an energy conservation program under ADOE supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified technical diploma in mechanical (HVAC) or electrical.
  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years in building or plant maintenance, in a similar position or promoted internally.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate a team of multi-skilled technicians.
  • •Strong organizational planning and reporting skills for maintenance activities and follow-ups.
  • •Good basic computer skills in software office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
