Lead Forward Financing’s inside sales organization of 70+ employees, including 8 managers, reporting to the CRO. Own strategy and execution for Direct-to-Merchant new sales, renewals, and win-backs, driving sales excellence and growth KPIs. Partner on forecasting, real-time performance analysis, and departmental change, leveraging analytics to evolve processes, design compensation, and improve customer journey through cross-functional work with Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the strategy for direct sales channels to exceed revenue targets and long-term growth KPIs.
•Partner with the CRO on sales forecasting, company initiatives, and real-time performance analysis.
•Implement departmental change by defining and rolling out new processes with strong team buy-in.
•Use analytics to assess performance, evolve sales processes, and design competitive compensation programs.
•Collaborate across Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, and Technology to launch campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and build automation/tools for rep efficiency.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing managers.
•4+ years of experience in short-cycle, high-volume inside sales management.
•3+ years overseeing a full department or business unit with P&L or heavy quota accountability.
•Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
•Ability to digest complex data sets and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
