Technical Service Trainee - Textile

Provide on-site technical support to industrial/textile customers, documenting interactions, trials, and issues. Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management, and prepare technical reports for internal teams. Use field insights to support formulation improvements and share market/customer intelligence to guide product and business strategy, including analysis of competitor and complaint samples. Collaborate with teams to develop new products.
