Job Summary

Lead self-service cloud growth by owning human user onboarding and agent onboarding for Elastic Cloud. Define the vision and roadmap spanning onboarding/trial experience, product adoption and trial activation, churn analysis, engagement analytics, and email nurturing. Partner with engineering and downstream solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to drive technical decisions around activation, expansion, and retention. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and native integrations.
