Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and understand customer needs in military communication technology and derive technical solutions for products and projects.
  • •Develop studies, simulations, models, and prototypes to identify and understand the best solution.
  • •Create and manage technical specifications and interface documentation, defining system and component architecture.
  • •Support the team in preparing and executing integration activities, and in verification and validation tests.
  • •Define system-level test strategies and procedures, and present and demonstrate solutions to customers; support effort estimates for technical activities in offers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable education (FH, uni, ETH).
  • •Knowledge of digital communication technology, RF, and antennas, ideally with military applications.
  • •Solid experience with systems engineering methods in interdisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience using simulation and modeling tools.
  • •Good knowledge of requirements engineering and requirement traceability/verification using tools such as Polarion and JIRA.
