Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines.
  • •Assemble, weld, and test production through different stages before final quality inspections.
  • •Maintain LOT traceability and quality control while supporting the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
  • •Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics).
  • •Comply with Environmental Health & Safety requirements and keep the work environment clean and organised.

Key Requirements

  • •NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (time served considered).
  • •Proven experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work.
  • •Experience working to high tolerance.
  • •Familiarity with precision tools such as verniers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges.
  • •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
