Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate powered industrial trucks and other manual/material handling equipment to process orders and perform assigned warehouse work.
  • •Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
  • •Process orders with and without equipment as business needs dictate, while meeting safety, production, and service-level standards.
  • •Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and work any designated shift and overtime as requested.
  • •Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications and assist Maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Attain required certification for safe operation of various material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
  • •Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire and reporting safety violations.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit/squat/walk for the scheduled shift, including operating equipment at heights up to 32 feet.
  • •Valid Drivers’ License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • •Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures; previous warehouse equipment operation experience preferred.
