•Experience leading high-priority, cross-team technical initiatives from conception to delivery, including stakeholder management and navigating technical trade-offs.
•Ability to mentor engineers and elevate performance through code reviews and documentation.
•Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to improve development velocity and code quality.
