  • •Lead teams with technical oversight, delegating tasks, and establishing technology roadmaps for modernization and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in STEM with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 8 years of experience.
  • •Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept trades/studies, preliminary design, final design, and qualification.
  • •Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling using tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, and/or GRASP.
  • •Experience with antenna/radome measurements within near or far field systems.
  • •Ability to obtain an INTERIM U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start, with the ability to obtain special program access after start.
