Partner with Sales to drive customer success for the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales teams to navigate territories and build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
•Run outcome-driven discovery calls, workshops, and sessions to uncover business challenges and define customer requirements.
•Co-create solution visions on the Salesforce platform and deliver compelling product demonstrations, prototypes, and presentations.
•Build roadmaps for partner implementation and acceptance of solutions to move from current to future state.
•Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and articulate business value to managers and executives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
•Minimum 2–4 years of relevant IT industry experience in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions supporting the sales cycle for CRM or high-value solutions.
•Relevant industry experience in Retail and Consumer Goods.
•Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation, including demonstrating customer engagement solutions and driving customer journeys/use cases.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques, and outstanding presentation/demonstration skills.
