Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by identifying and originating opportunities through industry conversations and networks.
  • •Oversee capture and proposal responses as Capture Manager, including narrative, cross-team technical solutions, pricing, team definition, subcontractor engagement, and risk/compliance reviews.
  • •Provide quality oversight and leadership for multiple delivery teams (5–8 consultants) across interdependent workstreams, including client interaction guidance on delivery progress and insight validation.
  • •Manage technical experts and partner inputs, surfacing key delivery choices, risks, scope considerations, and commercial constraints affecting client satisfaction.
  • •Lead practice development through performance appraisals, FP&A, operational performance improvement, thought leadership, and IP generation, while coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA plus 12+ years of related experience, including at least 4 years leading or building practices in a leadership capacity (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver client service as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
  • •Exceptional verbal communication and narrative development skills for C-suite and senior management audiences.
  • •Domain expertise across areas such as corporate/enterprise strategy, target operating model design, business transformation and performance improvement, and related corporate finance/valuation/M&A topics.
