Key Responsibilities

  • •Industrialize new products throughout projects, including prototype fabrication, while drafting and maintaining industrial testability requirements.
  • •Coordinate Methods/Processes activities and provide/update project deliverables (fabrication & control dossier, manufacturing synoptics, VSM, PFMEA, MSA, control plan) following development & industrialization processes.
  • •Optimize industrial test strategy and ensure maturity and effectiveness of test solutions (hardware and software), including AMDEC moyen effectiveness measures.
  • •Contribute to the rollout of new products and create mockups on existing processes and equipment, aligning activity allocation with project needs.
  • •Build the industrial estimate/quotation for test means and collaborate with HTA, TMT, IPE, and Production teams to define and evaluate test resources.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 education and expertise in manufacturing processes and deployment of associated test systems for LCD screens
  • •Knowledge of optical, mechanical, and electronic components used in LCD screen manufacturing
  • •Ability to manage industrial projects and development/industrialization processes including APQP and DFP
  • •Comfort with PFMEA/MFMEA, control plans, margin analysis, and MSA
  • •Experience contributing to industrial test strategy and ensuring effective, mature test solutions (hardware and software)
