Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of projects and work closely with the Program Manager (PM).
  • •Ensure project management fundamentals and provide timely alerts to the PM.
  • •Contribute to transverse project visibility within the Core Team and help develop WPM Project Management skills.
  • •In structuring: facilitate PERT sessions using CPERT, plan activities in Microsoft Project and Primavera, and set the initial project baseline (milestones, activities, charges, EAC).
  • •In execution: update the monthly project schedule, analyze monthly financial data from SAP to update ETC and remaining-to-do, run project governance instances and monthly direction reviews, and manage deliverables/documentation and project action board/register.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (BAC+5) in engineering or business.
  • •More than 8 years of experience in project leadership covering planning, cost/charges, and risk/opportunity management.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Experience in a large industrial group and managing complex projects is appreciated.
  • •Strong command of project control tools (e.g., MS Planning, Primavera, SAP).
