Job Summary

Own a portfolio of product development projects and partner closely with the Program Manager within the GMR (Ground Master Radars) sector. Ensure project management fundamentals, proactively raise risks/alerts, and contribute to transverse visibility across the Core Team. In structuring and execution, run PERT/CPERT sessions, maintain baselines, planning, and monthly schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera, and track financials from SAP to update ETC and deliver project dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of projects and work closely with the Program Manager (PM).
•Ensure project management fundamentals and provide timely alerts to the PM.
•Contribute to transverse project visibility within the Core Team and help develop WPM Project Management skills.
•In structuring: facilitate PERT sessions using CPERT, plan activities in Microsoft Project and Primavera, and set the initial project baseline (milestones, activities, charges, EAC).
•In execution: update the monthly project schedule, analyze monthly financial data from SAP to update ETC and remaining-to-do, run project governance instances and monthly direction reviews, and manage deliverables/documentation and project action board/register.

Key Requirements

•Master’s-level education (BAC+5) in engineering or business.
•More than 8 years of experience in project leadership covering planning, cost/charges, and risk/opportunity management.
•Proficiency in English.
•Experience in a large industrial group and managing complex projects is appreciated.
•Strong command of project control tools (e.g., MS Planning, Primavera, SAP).
