Senior Manufacturing Engineer- Fabrication

Coordinate and manage manufacturing engineering activities for production areas supporting new production lines, product transfers, and existing lines. Own robust process definition, tooling and workflow planning, cost and scheduling inputs, equipment evaluation, and capital project specifications. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Pro Launch, and EQS initiatives using tools like process maps, standard work, FMEA, control plans, and job safety analysis, while training teams and improving quality, safety, and productivity.
