  • •Coordinate and manage manufacturing engineering activities for production areas supporting new production lines and product transfers.
  • •Define manufacturing processes, plan tooling, and prepare operation line-ups for product lines or sections.
  • •Develop technical specifications for new equipment and manage capital projects and workflow/material handling layout.
  • •Support Lean, Six Sigma, Pro Launch, and EQS initiatives using process maps, standard work, takt times, FMEA, control plans, and job safety analysis.
  • •Provide training and technical guidance to leaders, operators, and team members; lead corrective/preventive actions and drive quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, etc.) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience with stamping presses (100–1,000 tons) and strong knowledge of tandem/progressive die tooling.
  • •Hands-on experience with automation processes such as bending and riveting.
  • •Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing equipment installation.
