Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client account services by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone and direct clients to a banker when needed.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and inform clients about new services and promotions.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency/coin, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions, confidentiality, and participation in required audits/certification.
