Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of reusable, customizable AEM components, templates, and complex workflows.
  • •Own end-to-end AEM architecture tasks including content modeling, Sling/OSGi development, and deployment management.
  • •Customize AEM functionality using APIs and extension points to meet business requirements.
  • •Implement and maintain AEM Schemas and Metadata ACLs to ensure data integrity and secure content access.
  • •Optimize AEM performance using ClientLibs management, Dispatcher configuration, and caching strategies, and debug performance bottlenecks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
  • •Strong Java development skills plus HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM Core Components.
  • •Advanced front-end development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) with responsive design and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
  • •Experience customizing AEM using APIs/extension points, including templates, workflows, and integrations.
