Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale the Brand Ads business by developing a long-term commercial and operational plan, go-to-market strategy, pricing model, and narrative to position Glovo as a leader in Retail Media.
•Lead relationships with top-tier media agencies and holding groups, shaping multi-year joint business plans with frameworks for collaboration, measurement, and accountability.
•Develop strategic FMCG partnerships with global and local brands, coordinating across marketing, data, and category teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
•Own the P&L and growth strategy, accountable for Brand Ads revenue, profit margins, and investment prioritization.
•Shape a high-performing team of brand media specialists, planners, and account leads, ensuring alignment with local and HQ stakeholders.
