  • •Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems, electrical vehicle powertrains, and repair procedures.
  • •Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Solve technical and process-flow issues; act as SME in 1-2 major repair categories.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures and use software suites to document customer vehicle interactions; communicate with service team members and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • •ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) (Required).
  • •Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary DMS software.
