Job Summary

Collaborate with global technical and product engineering teams to develop and introduce new process/test platforms. Support new product ramp-up across manufacturing and test, and partner with design, process, equipment, reliability, and manufacturing teams to solve production issues. Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to reduce production/testing costs and increase yield, gaining hands-on experience in semiconductor chip manufacturing.

•Work with global technical and product R&D teams to develop and introduce new process/test platforms.
•Introduce new products and provide technical support throughout product manufacturing and testing.
•Collaborate with design, process, equipment, reliability, and manufacturing functions to resolve product and production issues.
•Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to reduce production or testing costs.
•Improve product yield by optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements

•Graduated in 2024-2026 and has less than 24 months of work experience.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; priority in microelectronics, electronics, materials, chemistry, physics, mechanical, automation, or instrumentation-related fields.
•Understand basic principles of semiconductor products, including chip structure and testing basics.
•Strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills.
•Good English listening and speaking skills.
