Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead completion of project tasks against scope, budget, and schedule, including reviewing contractor and statutory undertaker close-out documentation (e.g., as-built drawings, warranties).
  • •Manage planning and execution of enabling infrastructure and non-park developments (e.g., central energy plant, process water facility, rainwater harvesting) and coordinate contractor phasing with statutory undertakers.
  • •Oversee project safety, obtain final acceptance for contractor safety plans, and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  • •Manage project financial accounting and reporting, including budgets, cash flow, cost control, and change orders; prepare capital funding requests with justification.
  • •Ensure regulatory approvals are completed and handle procurement activities and bid evaluations, while maintaining document control and schedule/budget quality throughout construction and field operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in construction project management or project management within engineering, construction, or commercial facilities.
  • •Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects across design and construction phases.
  • •Experience with project scheduling, estimating, bidding, negotiations, and critical path management.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods for enabling infrastructure and utilities, plus experience coordinating with UK utility statutory undertakers.
