Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead innovation and analytics initiatives across multiple regions by converting business problems into well-defined projects with success measures.
  • •Create reusable, scalable analytical solutions and drive adoption across markets.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans that improve financial outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, including project design, data collection, database design, analysis, and clear communication of results to senior leaders.
  • •Implement data management and governance practices to improve data quality and consistency, ensure compliance with policies/internal controls (including data security, AML, operational risk, and audit requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of relevant experience in analytics or innovation roles, with strong exposure to banking operations or financial services.
  • •Strategic leadership experience identifying high-value initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and collaborating across teams and regions.
  • •Strong programming capability in at least two of: SQL, Python, SAS, R, or Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and large-scale data environments such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or Hadoop-based ecosystems.
  • •Experience managing the full lifecycle of analytical models (development through monitoring and recalibration) and delivering executive reporting and dashboards.
