•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year growth in revenue, loan production, and deposits.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact and recommend appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.
•Manage portfolio performance by monitoring market trends, identifying risk indicators, and partnering with underwriting and internal teams to support credit quality and reporting.

•Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.

•Strong working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Ability to maintain National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
