  • •Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking, or a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
  • •Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver client solutions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
