Job Summary

Plan and execute maintenance work for the Heavy Maintenance Centers supporting overhaul of engines, modules, and parts. Enter sales orders and secure funding, implement customer workscope into shop-floor process plans, and load customer engine data and planned bills of material into SAP and related technical systems. Collaborate with engine managers and customers on maintenance level and configuration control, while participating in continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Enter sales orders and secure funding for required maintenance.
•Implement customer workscope into HMC shop floor process plans for overhaul of engines, modules, and/or parts.
•Load customer engine data into SAP and create, edit, and load planned bills of material (PBOM).
•Develop proficiency using technical data systems including SAP, CEMP, Solumina, PyRITS, IETP, and Configurator.
•Work with engine managers and the customer to ensure correct maintenance level, modifications, and configuration control; support continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years; includes knowledge/experience with jet engine construction and hardware.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports/spreadsheets/formulas) and PowerPoint (presentations/reporting).
•Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and International Trade & Compliance (ITC) programs and required training.
•Ability to work 1st shift (0700-1600) and handle extra time or off-hours support as needed.
•Must be a U.S. Citizen.
