Key Responsibilities

  • •Build partner integrations including affiliate/referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
  • •Take partnerships from intake to production by clarifying requirements, writing technical specs, implementing, testing, and deploying.
  • •Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
  • •Read partner API documentation, implement against it, and clearly document Xsolla’s side to support partner integration.
  • •Build internal tooling for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation; investigate attribution discrepancies and add logging/metrics/alerting.

Key Requirements

  • •1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend language: Go, PHP, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or Java.
  • •Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
  • •Working understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
  • •Comfort with Git and code review, plus the ability to debug issues using logs to reproduce, isolate, and explain root cause.
