Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair machinery, transfer systems, and hand tools using diagrams, operating manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • •Perform regular preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems.
  • •Maintain records of repair and maintenance activities.
  • •Set up, tune up, and run equipment and machinery around the plant.
  • •Follow established safety rules and hazardous waste/material handling procedures, and participate in safety/CI programs and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma; associate's degree preferred.
  • •1 to 3 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance and electrical/electronic control technology.
  • •Working knowledge of electronic test equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control technology, including AC/DC voltage, AC/DC drives, control wiring, and PLC controls.
  • •Working knowledge of safe equipment practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; must be at least 18 years of age.
