Key Responsibilities

  • •Define site-level automation integration strategies and serve as a senior technical authority for automation architecture, solution design, integration, and production readiness.
  • •Architect, design, and integrate automation solutions across AMHS/AGV/AMR/ASRS/robotics, ensuring compatibility with MES, dispatching, scheduling, material tracking, reporting, and equipment control systems.
  • •Drive complex automation projects from idea generation through feasibility, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, production release, and sustainment.
  • •Lead vendor/supplier selection and manage vendor performance, documentation completeness, installation readiness, issue resolution, and deployment outcomes.
  • •Partner with production and operations teams to achieve ramp and steady-state automation objectives, track automation KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using data analytics and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • •10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor engineering, or semiconductor equipment/process integration experience.
  • •5+ years hands-on automation experience including factory automation, equipment automation, automation integration, robotics, AMHS, or AGV/AMR.
  • •Proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale automation projects from concept through production release.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor Assembly, Test, advanced packaging, HBM, wafer manufacturing, or related advanced manufacturing operations.
