Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead jobsite safety standards and accident-free culture, including incident investigations, RCAs, and lessons learned.
  • •Drive construction execution: develop project plans/installation strategies, manage 5-week lookahead schedules, labor forecasts, and daily progress tracking.
  • •Oversee daily field operations to meet/exceed production goals, budget, and schedule milestones; coordinate materials staging with Project Management and Procurement.
  • •Ensure technical excellence and standards compliance for data center low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations (including ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS) and lead testing/commissioning.
  • •Manage and mentor 100+ field technicians, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and technical coaching while partnering with the customer onsite.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3–5+ years of supervisory experience on large-scale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
  • •Experience managing large (100+) dispersed field teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best-in-class safety practices.
  • •Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
