Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, control, and verify incoming goods for quantity/quality and document compliance, and record information.
  • •Store and organize products safely, ensuring availability and proper placement in the warehouse.
  • •Prepare pickings and orders (internal/external) using FIFO and required series/serial numbers, and coordinate shipments.
  • •Maintain complete traceability of stock movements (inbound/outbound/internal) via ERP/WMS.
  • •Support inventory reliability (rotating and general inventories), investigate stock discrepancies, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure reception, quantity/quality checks, and compliance of incoming goods and associated documents.
  • •Prepare pickings and internal/external orders following priorities, series/serial numbers (SN), and FIFO principles.
  • •Maintain accurate stock information in ERP/WMS (movements, corrections, inventories, location changes).
  • •Participate in rotating inventories and general inventories; analyze discrepancies and report stock/quality anomalies.
  • •Use logistics handling equipment safely (e.g., transpalette, diable, chariot élévateur) and follow safety/handling procedures; ideally have ERP/WMS experience and relevant equipment operation authorizations.
