Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as project manager/on-site lead or remote systems owner for delivering radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations
  • •Monitor radar performance, connectivity, mesh network integration, and fusion with other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and C2 systems at distributed sites
  • •Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar performance, tracking accuracy, classification, and issues/errors during fielding/testing/exercises
  • •Contribute to radar feature, detection algorithm, and UI/UX improvements that enhance operator workflows
  • •Support logistics and operational readiness, including operator training/refreshers and site engagement coordination; software focus may include building remote monitoring tooling and diagnostics automation, while integration focus includes hardware installation/configuration and real-time troubleshooting

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, or related field
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • •For Software & Analysis: demonstrated software engineering experience (scripting/automation, data pipelines, or systems integration) plus comfort with statistical analysis of sensor performance data
  • •For Integration & Field: basic CLI familiarity and comfort running commands/following technical procedures (not expected to write/integrate software)
  • •Willingness to travel 50-75%
