Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with the business strategy and support workforce design, planning and change programmes
  • •Lead talent and succession planning to support business growth; partner with leaders on recruitment and key hires; collaborate with Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development
  • •Oversee Employee Relations and Labour Law; act as main HR contact in Italy for managers and employees; ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
  • •Manage HR Operations and Employee Experience; partner with Global Shared Services to deliver effective HR processes; support onboarding and lifecycle activities
  • •Provide Leadership Partnership; coach and support managers on leadership and people management practices; act as trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team

Key Requirements

  • •Previous HRBP experience with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex change situations
  • •Expertise in Italian labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • •Strong operational HR experience across recruitment, case management, and HR processes
  • •Experience coaching and developing leaders; able to partner with sites and Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development
  • •Languages: fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
