Job Summary

Strategic HRBP role supporting Europe IO operations, partnering with site leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. You’ll coach managers, manage employee relations and labour law matters in Italy, and collaborate with Global Shared Services to ensure compliant, high-performing HR processes. Key Responsibilities

•Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with the business strategy and support workforce design, planning and change programmes
•Lead talent and succession planning to support business growth; partner with leaders on recruitment and key hires; collaborate with Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development
•Oversee Employee Relations and Labour Law; act as main HR contact in Italy for managers and employees; ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
•Manage HR Operations and Employee Experience; partner with Global Shared Services to deliver effective HR processes; support onboarding and lifecycle activities
•Provide Leadership Partnership; coach and support managers on leadership and people management practices; act as trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team

Key Requirements

•Previous HRBP experience with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex change situations
•Expertise in Italian labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance
•Strong operational HR experience across recruitment, case management, and HR processes
•Experience coaching and developing leaders; able to partner with sites and Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development
•Languages: fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
