Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead advisory engagements covering business operating model design, business process transformation, cost-benefit analysis, and technology enablement.
  • •Engage stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document requirements, and produce current-state and future-state process and operating model documentation.
  • •Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases for technology delivery.
  • •Liaise across business, product, architecture, data, and technology teams to ensure accurate reflection of requirements in technical designs and successful solution implementation.
  • •Support transformation delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release management, and participation in SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Financial Services consulting, business analysis, or transformation delivery, including 4+ years in a Big 4 advisory or similar organization.
  • •Proven delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within Banking and Financial Services.
  • •Strong techno-functional ability bridging business requirements and technology implementation, including operating model design and business process modelling.
  • •Experience eliciting requirements, developing business cases/impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses, and supporting change management practices.
  • •Experience collaborating with product owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
