Job Summary

Own technical depth and commercial outcomes for ElevenLabs’ customers across the DACH region. Lead onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs’ platform, speech models, creative tools, and Agents, advising on production deployments. Monitor usage and performance to reduce friction and drive adoption, while managing renewals, expansion, and cross-sell against targets for revenue retention and growth. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs’ full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents.
•Advise customers on production deployment by digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
•Own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business, including renewals, upsells, cross-sell, and net expansion.
•Drive revenue retention against targets such as Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention for the region.
•Partner with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue and spot expansion opportunities early.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the DACH region.
•Proven experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business, including revenue outcomes (renewals, cross-sell, net expansion).
•Fluent in German and English, with proven experience working across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
•Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents, plus comfort navigating SDKs and API integrations.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing while demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
