Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical oversight and leadership for assembly and testing of Raytheon-built hardware across multiple programs.
  • •Prioritize and coordinate sustaining engineering work for Electrical, Mechanical, and Reliability Engineers to meet daily operational and program needs.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in cycle time, cost reduction, and product reliability.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for hardware issues, implementing corrective actions and driving design/process improvements.
  • •Support onboarding/training for new engineers and provide proposal support through Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Estimates at Complete.

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

  • •Ability to obtain an active Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
