Develop and execute the national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for about 30 luxury developers across India, while building strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects and PMCs. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the national KPM strategy for ~30 luxury developers across India, coordinating with regional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and project milestones.
•Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs and key stakeholders to identify strategic accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
•Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair and finishing by influencing specifications at the design stage.
•Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering discussions to support project conversion and win strategies.
•Manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution through cross-functional coordination with regional and zonal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
•MBA in Marketing / Business Management (advantage)
•15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries
•Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India
•Experience in driving specification and project management (preferred)
