•Use data to shape hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, including cold outreach, events, and content production.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth business with presence across the EMEA, partnering with VP-level stakeholders.
•Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style based on audience.
•Native or fluent in German.
•Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, including sourcing, talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement/management.
