Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by assessing financial wellness needs and providing customized recommendations, including referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Build and maintain a referral pipeline by prospecting, developing centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and working internal and external relationships.
  • •Develop in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Open and service personal and business accounts, support branch operations with client transactions, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.
  • •Maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures by documenting client interactions and following KeyBank policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technologies (mobile, apps, web browsing).
