Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Trust & Safety team, including enforcement operations, policy, vendor programs, quality management, and training.
  • •Own enforcement economics end-to-end, including cost per decision, precision/recall tradeoffs, automation targets, queue design, and vendor vs. in-house mix.
  • •Govern AI-assisted decisioning pipelines, including human-in-the-loop thresholds, appeals architecture, and audit accountability for automated actions.
  • •Manage Trust & Safety vendor and BPO relationships, including selection, contract negotiation support, capacity strategy, and quality accountability.
  • •Run music rights enforcement operations and partner with Legal to translate regulatory regimes into tooling, processes, and measurable readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in trust & safety, integrity, or content operations, including 4+ years leading teams through significant scale changes.
  • •Ownership of enforcement metrics on a UGC or generative AI platform (automation rate, decision accuracy, cost per action, appeal overturn rate).
  • •Experience building or governing model-assisted enforcement with human-in-the-loop design and audit accountability.
  • •Ability to move Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy without direct authority.
  • •Experience translating regulatory and policy requirements into operational execution (including appeals, audit, and governance).
