Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or an initial degree plus a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) with a Primary specialism.
  • •Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Primary, ideally within an IB or British curriculum context.
  • •Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and Approaches to Teaching and Learning.
  • •Proven ability to inspire, support, and challenge students to achieve their potential.
  • •Availability to join from August 2026 - immediate start.
