Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, including process mapping and workflow redesign.
  • •Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and scalability constraints, and establish KPIs and operational dashboards to track sustained performance improvements.
  • •Define and manage an automation strategy and value-driven roadmap prioritized by ROI, risk reduction, and scalability impact.
  • •Lead automation and AI delivery from discovery through deployment, including intelligent automation use cases and lifecycle governance.
  • •Partner with business leaders to intake opportunities, develop ROI-driven business cases, and conduct roadmap/value realization reviews with executives.
